Privacy Policy

Data Protection

Below we would like to inform you about our privacy policy. Here you will find information about the collection and use of personal data when using our website. We comply with the data protection law applicable in Germany. You can view this declaration on our website at any time.

We expressly point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) can have security gaps and cannot be completely protected from access by third parties.

The use of the contact details in our imprint for commercial advertising is expressly not desired, unless we have previously given our written consent or a business relationship already exists. The provider and all people named on this website hereby object to any commercial use and passing on of their data.

Personal Data

You can visit our website without providing personal data. If personal data (such as name, address, or email address) is collected on our pages, this is done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. If a contractual relationship between you and us is to be established, shaped, or modified, or if you send us an inquiry, we collect and use personal data from you to the extent necessary for these purposes (inventory data). We collect, process, and use personal data to the extent necessary to enable you to use the website (usage data). All personal data is only stored as long as this is necessary for the stated purpose (processing your inquiry or executing a contract). Tax and commercial retention periods are taken into account here. By order of the competent authorities, we may, in individual cases, provide information about this data (inventory data) insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, danger prevention, for fulfilling the statutory tasks of the constitution protection authorities or the Military Counterintelligence Service, or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Comment Functions

Within the comment function, we only collect personal data (e.g., name, email) in the context of your comment on a post to the extent that you have shared it with us. When a comment is published, the email address you provided is saved but not published. Your name will be published if you have not written under a pseudonym.

Online Shop, Order Processing and Customer Account

Customer Account and Registration

When registering for a customer account, we collect the personal data you enter (name, address, email address, password). This is for the easier processing of future orders, the management of your order history, and the use of special features of the shop. Processing is carried out for the fulfillment of the user agreement regarding the customer account (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Your order data is stored after the conclusion of the contract and can be viewed in the customer login area.

Order Processing and Delivery

For the processing of the purchase contract, including delivery, we collect your name, delivery address, billing address, and email address. This data is only passed on to third parties (e.g., shipping service providers) to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Insofar as files or texts uploaded in the context of services (vehicle finishing, etc.) are processed, this is exclusively for the purpose of contractual fulfillment. We are entitled to check this content for compliance with legal regulations.

Payment Processing

The processing of your payment data (e.g., bank details, credit card number) is carried out by external payment service providers. We only pass on the information necessary for payment processing. We do not store complete credit card or bank details, but only receive confirmations of payment success or failure (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Depending on the chosen payment method (PayPal, Google Pay, etc.), the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

Duration of Data Storage

We store order and contract data for a period of ten years due to legal requirements (particularly commercial and tax law). Data that is not subject to these retention obligations will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, but at the latest when your customer account is deleted.

Privacy Policy for the Facebook Plugin ("Like")

This website uses plugins from the provider Facebook.com, which are provided by the company Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304 in the USA. Furthermore, by using the plugin, data is forwarded to the Facebook servers, which contains information about your visits to our homepage. For logged-in Facebook users, this means that the usage data is assigned to their personal Facebook account.

As soon as you, as a logged-in Facebook user, actively use the Facebook plugin (e.g., by clicking on the "Like" button or using the comment function), this data is transmitted to your Facebook account and published. You can only prevent this by logging out of your Facebook account beforehand.

Further information regarding the use of data by Facebook can be found in the data protection provisions on Facebook at http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.
